Schedule our 21 point tune up and inspection by May 31, 2012 and we’ll guarantee a problem free summer or we’ll give you your money back………

An ECI technician will perform a precision tune up of your air conditioning system that will take about an hour. If your system breaks down after our tune up we will refund the cost of the tune up and give you a 15% discount toward any repairs.

21 Point Inspection

1. Clean or Replace air filter(s) – (special/media filters may be chargeable)
2. Calibrate and level thermostat
3. Lubricate and inspect bearings – motor if applicable
4. Clean indoor coil (if accessible)
5. Monitor volts/amps on fan motor
6. Inspect condenser coil
7. Level condenser
8. Clean, flush and test condensate drain
9. Check refrigerant pressure
10. Inspect safety switches
11. Check all electrical connections
12. Inspect disconnect
13. Test contactors (tight & clean)
14. Inspect electrical wiring and components
15. Test capacitors
16. Clean condenser coil and check surroundings
17. Check fan blade
18. Inspect compressor
19. Measure temperature rise (across coil)
20. Inspect service valves
21. Inspect duct work and registers

• Compressors, coils & drains are not included
• Is system breaks down during the summer of 2012 you will be credited the cost of the tune up and receive 15% off any additional repairs
• Guarantee will be terminated if anyone other than ECI handles the equipment
• Inaccessible units may incur additional charges
• Must be scheduled between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday
• Damage due to flood, fire, lightning and other acts of God or tampering with equipment will not be guaranteed
• Guarantee is only for equipment serviced using this offer
